Potter Real Estate Partners was founded by Courtney Potter who has studied and practiced marketing and real estate for over two decades. Representing large Fortune 100 companies as a broker and consultant, Courtney’s experience includes over $400M in revenue with new site selections, land acquisitions, excess land dispositions, leasing, and development for retail, office, industrial and residential. This experience enabled her to see firsthand the planning, management, and workings of some of the world’s most iconic retailers and brands include Walmart, Sam’s Club, Discount Tire, and Publix. The ever-changing buyer-experience and the ripple effect it has on the infrastructure of some of these institutional clients has been fascinating to Courtney throughout her career. By utilizing her planning, creative development, production brokerage, and real estate development experience, Courtney has consulted with community developers on 10-year programs and investments understanding how consumers navigate their lifestyles and the cohesiveness with surrounding businesses and opportunities.

As a highly motivated person becoming knowledgeable and seeking understanding have been the key drivers in fulfilling her curiosity in everything she does. As a real estate and marketing executive, solving problems for her client’s endeavors is her passion.
